The Advantages of Facebook
Facebook is communication means, it has negative and positive effect. The positive effect is we can communicate with our friends and share something like advertisement easily. The negative effect is it can make us lazy, because we just stay infront of computer and always chat with our friends. So it depends on our life to make use of facebook. Remember, facebook can change our life.
My Experience
My first experience climbing a mountain on foot was amazing. I started our walk in the afternoon at 5.00 pm with my friend Aziz, checking, and Sobirin. At 8.00 pm about 6 KM we walked together. Uh,,,, it was so tiring! But it was still so far from Muria Mountain, approximately 7 KM left. Then we took time out to drink a coffee. For about 15 minutes. At 11.50 am. Alhamdulilah, we found a mosque and we got off to step here. Before dawn, it was 3.00 am on Friday, we woke up and then wudhu for pray tahajjud. Wow, the water was so cold, because the mosque was located in the mountainous area. Okay, after that at 3.15 am we continued our journey though sleepy. Our journey begin through the wildwood. I was afraid, but it was no problem because we were together. Alhamdulillah the forest had been passed. At 4.15 am we were on the Gembong village for praying subuh together. After that, we are ambled while enjoying Friday morning. Subhanallah, sunrise was very beautiful with the red light. Then finally we arrived at the Muria Mountain at 9.00 am. I was very happy.
The Benefits of Salat
Salat is very important for moeslem, and it has many benefits. First, it is good for our health. The motion during salat is like exercise. For example, when we do “sujud” our blood will flow to the brain. Second, salat can make our soul peaceful. It is because in solat we communicate with God. Third, solat can keep our cleanliness. For example, by wudhu we can clean some parts of our body. All in all, salat increase the quality of our lifes.
My Room is My Paradise
My room is my paradise. Its size is about 7 meters long and 3,5 meters wide. I live alone in my room. Many things are in it. Starting from the left side, there is a cupboard down on the corner. In front of it, there are matter mattress and two pillows. On the right of the mattress are a television and mini aquarium which contains three fish. On top the TV, there are stacks for saving my books collections. There are many kinds of my books; for example, comic, novel, magazine and other. On the right wall, there are a guitar and some of my pictures collections. With all the facilities in my room, my life become more passionate at one’s past.
Go Green
Reforestation is one of Eco-solutions that is very important. To do there, we must charming for choose the kinds of plants before we plant. The plants are be able to pervade water from flood. For example, big trees, like Jati, coconut tree, and others. After that we can choose barren land for reforestation. The disdains between one tree so on other don’t be contiguous. It should about 1,5 meters. And don’t forget to take care of your plants, to successes your reforestation program. Lets keep our earth with reforestation.
Healthy by Food
Food is very important for our health. We are able to choose foods which sanitary for our body. First is rice which contains carbohydrate, vegetable which contain iron, fish with contain protein, fruit which contain vitamin, milk which contain calcium, and so on. Those are some foods of healthy life style. It’s very important, because the foods we eat supply the energy we need. All in all, please choose the good foods.
