Spirit
Success
is how to keep our good health smartly, and we can start from the simple
things. From drink mineral water at least 8 glasses in a day. Second, spend
time for doing physical exercise sufficiently. It is not only for our own
health, but also for happiness. However don’t do it too often! because it will
reduce our immunity. But choose the proper exercise for us! Third, have
breakfast! Because we need energy for our daily activity. Adding vegetables and
fruits in what we eat is a good idea too. Besides, we don’t need to consume
many greasy foods. Forth, we also have to know that negative emotion can vitiate
our health. Thus, keep the positive emotion in our soul! The conscious and
happy soul can make us healthy. If it’s needed, do stretching! It will keep our
mood stable everyday. Lost but not leave it, love ourselves! If we do love
mine, we will do everything to keep our health. And of course, we will do all
tips above sincerely.

disadvantage?
Praying
is one of pillars in Islam. Certainly, every muslim does such this ritual. As
we know that it is an obligation. There are many disadvantage of praying from
my own experience. The first is making me upset when I don’t pray. I am haunted
by guilt. The second is missing something. Praying is communicating with Allah.
When I don’t pray, it is as if Allah is far from me. The third is getting
troubles. When I don’t pray, seemingly everything doesn’t run well. I can not
think clearly. I don’t know exactly it is caused by it or it is just my feeling
or guessing. The fourth is making me lazy for doing something. It may be caused
the sequence of those motions may smooth the circulation of blood. So if I don’t
pray, the circulation of my blood is non current. Also, my body should be hard
to get a move on. In conclusion, praying is my need.
How To Make Onde-Onde
Making traditional cake such as Onde-onde is
interesting. We have to make the fill first. After that we make crust. The
first, put 100 gr of green peal into the pan. Then add 75 gr of sugar, ¼
teaspoon of salt and a sheet of pandanus. Boil them until it soaks. Second, mix
100gr of white sticky rice powder and rice powder. And further add ¼ teaspoon
of sugar and a teaspoon of salt. Mix them till average. Then pour betel vine
solution little by little. After that, beat until it can be mold out. Next take
dough and round it. And then dip it into cold water. Topple it in sesame. Last,
while rounding it up, heat the oil. Fry them on low flame until it turns
yellowness and float up. Onde-onde is ready to serve. Moreover combining it
with a cup of coffee is a good idea.

Facebook
is my escapee. It’ll be my second alternative when I’m hubbub that there is no
place to rely on. I will share my jeremiad on my wall when I don’t know where I
have to belly ache. I will open Mr. Mario Teguh’s wall on my facebook when I’m
down. His wise word can pep me up. I am not sincere to miss every status he
writes. When I need inspiring story, I will open ‘Renungan Kisah Inspiratif’ on
my facebook. When I get into hole in my English study and confused to whom I
have to ask, I will share it on ‘Belajar Bahasa Inggris Santai’. Its members
always give positive feedback. Unavoidedly, facebook can fulfill my need.
Let’s Save Our Earth
The
sinister issues of environment such as global warming, diminishing of layer of
ozone and air pollution are complicated. Certainly gas in atmosphere allows
ultraviolet radiation to break through it and heat the earth up, head off
infrared rays rebounded out, so green house process occurs. As we know, layer
of ozone protects earth from ultraviolet radiation. Outgrowing ultraviolet radiation
increases the number of cancer, and decreases the capability of immune system
infection. And we have to know that in fossil combustion, chemical is getting
loose in the air and it causes air pollution containing carbon, sulfur, and
nitrogen. Certainly, we have to save our earth, and starting from ourselves is
the most important thing.
The Cramfull Shelves
Seeing that most of boarders have a small room, they
usually set their things efficiently. For example, my friend put her things in
her shelves. On the top shelf sits her personal embellishment, such as cussons
baby powder, marina hand and body lotion, cream, rexona, frangipani, lip shine,
eye shadow, eyelash curler, cotton, milk cleanser and face tonic lemon. The here
is also a small box consist in of accessories, such as brooches, necklaces, and
rings. They are not arranged well but neatly. On the second shelf are cassettes
in a stack in its half on the right. In another half on the left she keeps
Herocyn, Eucalyptus oil, mercurochrome, gauze, plaster and some medicines. On
the third shelf lays some instant noodles lined up in rows in its half on the
right. She puts the fried ones in the back and scalloped ones in the front. In
another half on the right she puts tea in the back and milk in the front. On
the next shelf are food stocks and some crackers. On the bottom shelf, she puts
her dishes. Although these are arranged sloppily but structuredly. They are put
in their place separatedly.
