Now, uor environment is threatened and to save environment we can do many ways. First, use energy judgently.Second,, dont throw garbage any where. Third, plant many trees in bald forest. Fourth, renew for energy source of nature. Fifth, dont use something that can thin ozon layers like using pefume too often, use electronic thing, and anything else. Sixth, use bicycle more often. The ways to save our environment is still many again. we must keep our environtment, starting from now and from our self. Try to love and do good habit for environment. Litle thing can have a big impact.
To keep our health, these are tips for healty life style that we can do every day. First, eat good food is very important for our health. Body needs enough nutrition to keep the job of the body. If we eat good food our body can work optimally. Second, dont forget to consume fruits, vegetabe, and drink water 8 glasses every day. To keep our body healthy, we also do sport continuely. It will make your body fresh and accustoming muscles . Sport is good for your bodyand your bone. And to complete helthy life style, we must take enough rest. enaugh sleep is important because sleep is a way to restour mind and sense. in conclusion, we can do healthy life stike with good food, good sport, and good sleep.
