Zahrul FM (11150042)"Jogging"

First of all, jogging is the simplest sport for our health. Everyone can do it easily. It doesn’t need much money and preperation. Sometimes many people do jogging as a new health life style because it’s the cheapest sport and it gets more advantages than other sport. It can be done in the morning or afternoon. Then everybody is not confused to jog because it can be done by fast walking or slow running. So you can do it as like what you want. In conclution, jogging gives uch advantages for our health.
