Making Poppadom, Indian Cuisine by Linatul Malihah (11150021)



       Poppadom is a type of flat bread that is iconic in Indian cuisine, and is often served as an accompaniment to meals. All materials you need are sugar, salt, flour, ghee *such an Indian ingredient), water, yeast. First, put all and mix all of those materials, make a dough. Then, knead the poppadom dough. Cut out dough of poppadom into circle shapes. Fry the poppadom for 10 minutes. Voila! Poppadom is ready.
